Why does the 'Get Instant Advice' thing not work?
I am not sure. It has never worked for me so, don’t feel alone on this one.
thats actually the chatbox and no one uses it so yeah, its always empty :3
Informer has it right - the chat box isn’t an “Instant Advice” box … it’s just a chat.
The “instant advice” is in reference to the search tool (which, regrettably, nobody uses).
You can type your question into the search bar and come up with instant answers to about 75-80% of all questions asked, because they’ve already been asked many times before (that’s also the reason why your questions get shifted to the status board - because they’ve been asked so many times before that it’s simply redundant).
