Ok im trying out for the cheerleading squard in my school and my the coach makes us do lots of jump over and over again. My legs,thighs showders,and neck are killing me really bad.my tryouts are on tuesday so im lucky beacause monday is memory day . So can you guys give mi some ways twe get my sore away .. If I dont my jumps are lower and there's no way of me making the varsity team so please help me yall ... Thnx :)
