I want to lose 20lbs

Okey I am 15, 5’3” and weigh about 130 I want to lose about 15-20 lbs. I dont want to go on some crazy diet and eat nothing and work out a lot just something simple enough. I am willing to change myself please give me a little help !!!

ok girl I used to be really large and I tried diets and they dont work. I don’t know why I just really like apple sauce so tha more I ate tha fuller I got quicker and then I stared loosing weight. so start eating more of something that you like but id pretty healthy. try not 2 eat as many snacks throughout tha day and try taking walks with friends..it works!!

you could loose weight and still eat food by eating the food with less calories.so if you usually eat something with 200 calories try to eat something that have less calories than that this would help you loose weight.I hope this helps if you have any other question that you think I could help you in or anything you want just feel free to ask

okay im 5’7 and I weigh about the same amount as you. I am also trying to loose a couple of pounds. So I would suggest eating foods with less calories. I specifically want to loose about 3 inches around waist line, and then get a flat stomach without having to suck in. So I heard that celery helps A lot. if you have a balenced diet while cutting out on calories, and at night or at lunch for a snack you just eat raw celery maybe with a lil peanut butter or ranch it burns more calories than you eat because celery is mostly water. hope it helps you!!!
