I think I may have a little lump?

im not sure what its called but its outside the vagina () like them bits im not very good at explaing but I felt a lump its not that big or anything but I pulled it back and it felt it kinda bigerish I had it for awhile know and I dont know if its a spot but the other side has a little lump but im not sure if thats how its ment to be or if its a spot or anything wrong?

you shud take more baths it could b from hot weather and tight clothes probably is just an irritated spot

If you don’t know what this lump is, then you should get it checked out by a doctor. I know how important it can be. I’m 55 years old and when I was 27 I found a lump. I was pregnant at the time and my Gynecologist referred me to an Internal Medicine doctor who did a blood test and a biopsy. It turned out to be Cancer. So, don’t dismiss any kind of lump. If I hadn’t gone through Radiation and 5 years later, Chemotherapy, I wouldn’t be here.
