Why am I having stomachaches and shortness of breath?

I dunno what is happening to me. I have constant constant pain in my stomach and I mean pain. It hurts so bad. Like a constant burn. I have recently started sleep walking for some odd reason. My head feels like it is crawling all the time if that makes any sense. I cry for no reason so hard you would swear somebody died. and every once in a while I have these sort of attacks where I find it hard to breath and everything seems like it is fading out. I have no idea if all this is going to make sense to anyone or not but I really need someones help. I think I am going crazy…

I have some of those same things happen to me. I believe that it is just stress. My parents are going through a divorce and sometimes I will be in a very good mood then all the sudden im histarically crying. but dont worry your not going crazy just try to find things that ease your stress if that is what you thing may be possibly causing it.

You should see a doctor ASAP! It could be anxiety attacks or the onset of diabetes. Either one is much easier to treat if you do not wait to see a doctor. Pain is your body’s warning system. Just try to relax; go for a walk, soak in the tub, or whatever works to make you feel better. Also, for heartburn, try eating vanilla icecream or frozen yougart. Popcicles work for calming an upset or painful stomach. But you should still see a doctor ASAP. Take Care & I hope you feel better Mel

I agree with emmy262, but it could also possibly be bipolar disorder. You experiences extremes of both good and bad emotions, and they are triggered by random things! So you can be balling your eyes out hysterically, and then look at a pair of brightly colored pants and suddenly feel like you are floating on cloud 9! There are many side affects to this disease, and I am not trying to say its that serious, but definately get checked out. It could just be stress like falbye said, but it could be something more serious! Take Care :)

You are not crazy. It sounds to me like your symptoms could be a result of depression or anxiety or a combo of the 2. I have had problems with depression and it did and still can effect me physically. The only symptom you stated that I’m not sure about, is the burning stomach pain. I would call and make an appointment the Doc on that one. It could be an ulcer or something. And while you are in there tell him everything. He will point you in the right direction. I take meds and have for a while which help me tremendously. Take Care!!

you may want to go to a doctor just to be safe and make sure there is nothing serious going on.
