How to lose weight the healthy way?

okay so im 14 and 126 pounds. I recently suffered from bulimia. I've been really unhappy with the weight that doctors are requiring for me to put back on. and since im under such tight security with my meals considering I was in the hospital for my condition, I no longer have the chance to purge which I suppose is good. im not allowed to excersize either because my heart is messed up from starving it. but what I have been doing is excersizing quietly in my room so my parents dont know. what are some good excersizes that I can do inside with only my knowledge that are effective?
