Bumps that come and go, they are filled with blood

I am 19 years old and I have these bumps that come and go they are filled with blood and pus and in my inner lip of my vagina and near my anus. It been coming and going for about 3 years. When im moist down and also when I have panies on they itch a whole lot. Just last month I had a cluster of them in my inner lips of my vagina. I took a bath in epsom salt and they went away. But they always come and go. what could this be?

It’s a STD.

sexually transmitted dieases do not go away by themselves and can worsen over time if not treated. Go see a doctor before it does get worse

It sounds awfully like herpies. Please go and get checked out. This is something you need treatment for for a long time.
