OMG ! YOur 120lbs ? THats skinny I used to be 120lbs and my height is 4’11 im hella short and I was kinda chunky but not fat so I bet your taller than me and that means your not fat now I weight 110lbs and people think im too skinny so be happy if you really want to lose weight, do it the healthy way and exercise for 1 hour everyday and eat healthy

DIETS don’t work. You have to change your lifestyle. Control your portions, cut down on the junk food, cut out soda (it’s sooo bad for you) Exercise 4-5 days a week & drink plenty of water. It’s hard at first, but you get used to it and you’ll feel a lot better. :)

I hate these questions! You DO NOT need to lose weight! Your 120lbs for goodness sake! You know, these kind of questions asked by people who are clearly at a healthy weight can make people (like me) who are not and trying to lose weight get angry >:(
