I'm Sad.

The new year makes me sad. I don’t know how to let go of my past and move forward. I had such a great childhood. I don’t want to grow up. It seems that everyday is getting faster. and I hate to sleep!! I feel like I waste so much time. I deprive myself of sleep to the point of illness!! my fear is time. what can I do?!?!

Just imagine a life starting from Old Age and descending towards childhood. What you’ll be saying then would be contrary to what you’re saying now.Leave your childhood and think about the future.Once you’re there, you would wish that your life began from adulthood.

im suffering from this problem. somtimes it’s hard to let go of our past but in order to build to our future we just have to build the strength to crash it down. you know what I mean? because what I think is hard is having to be strong to let go but it’s just something that has to be done. yes, it’s a new year but that dosent mean it’s a new beginning neccicaraly (sry hard spelling). well message me for more if you need it I’ll be happy to help:))

The past is the past! Even if you wanted to change it, you can’t! It’s done and over with and it’s time to move forward. Why dwell on the past, and make yourself sick, when you can’t control it or do anything to change it! That in itself is wasting time! We would all like to change things in our past. We all have things we’ve regretted doing or saying in the past, but we move on to better things, and try not to make the same mistakes that we made in the past. The days do go by very fast and that’s why it’s so important that you concentrate on the present and the future, because you are just going to find yourself going through the same cycle over and over again and repeating the same mistakes over and over again, if you don’t! Try to go out with your friends more! Do some things that you have always wanted to do, but haven’t done, keep yourself occupied with hobbies etc. Things will get better, but you have to make an attempt to make them better. It may not happen overnight, but in time, I think you will regret all of the time you wasted, worrying about things you can’t change or do anything about. Hang in There! You will be fine! If you need to talk, message me! I will be happy to listen and help you in any way that I can!

It really does come down to your choice - you can stay in and relive the past over and over or take the good parts and move forward making a happy, successful, life for yourself - leaning on your faith can go a very long way towards that goal…I wish you the best !!
