Is it okay to walk a lot after getting my apendix out?

  Um I wouldnt walk most of the day. But if you feel comfortable then go for it. when I had mine out I couldnt even get up on my own for like 1 week and half. if they told you not to lift anything over 30 pounds then dont do it.

  no not really take it easy for a couple of weeks to let the scar heal enough. otherwise it could rip open. trust me I know I had mine out too

  When I had mine removed I wasn't aloud to lift anything really heavy and you can walk, but try not to too much. xx
