I havent eaten in days

I havent eaten in days. its not because im obssesed with my weight or want to be skinny..

I just havent been hungry or felt like I needed food .. but I dont feel weak or ill. I feel fine

is this something to worry about?

You must eat to maintain energy - you’re not invinceable…just eat Healthy !

Yes and Know if you continue to not eat if you feel it or not your going to get really really sick so just even though your not really hung just eat something and try to eat a little more everytime you eat till you get to normal meals

that actually happened to me once…I still dont know wut it is…but I made myself eat anyways because I didnt want people I was anerexic or sumthin like that and you need food to survive so I sugest you eat!

yes it is. I know your stressing about your weight…turst me, I get that. but eating healthy and excersizing regularly will be a much more healthy way to stay or get skinny. if you cant bring yourself to eat…please seek help. this is such a serious matter, you may think it will be ok for now, but there have been so many people dying 10-20 years after they have had an eating disorder. it is so harmful to your body. good luck :)

people! stop being silly, jesus, and stop saying you”envious” waht is wrong with you. and you, girl…listen, you:re not dying, you:re not sick with some strange disease. You:re 1) either stressed or worried about something (even though you said you are fine, but still sometimes your mind just blockes it out for it:s own sake)

  1. you ARE worried about your weight. you don’t get eating disorders like you just “get” a cold, they set in gradually, and grow in you sometimes without you even noticing. the hot a** weather is not helping either…listen, eat an apple, eat something. it will help with energy levels and it will put something in your stomach. not eating does not work! you will end up making it worse for yourself because your metabolism slows down even if you skip breakfast. (go figure, that’s why it’s called breal-fast because youlre duh “breaking a fast” after you slept for 8 hrs or whatever. to keep a healthy metabolism you;re supposed to eat a 5-6 mini meals a day. well 2 snakcs and 3 small meals.) okay? so start out slowly, fruit and juices to build your energy level back up, then go ahead onto a nig heavier things the next day. this is the best, so you won’t binge either.. let me know if you need any more advice/help. I’ve had eating disorders (I go back and forth between bulimia and anorexia) for almost 11 years now. so, let me know okay? I just want you to be okay hope this helped!

well I think maybe something just made you not feel hungry… jejeje

2 weeks ago my modeling agency told me I have gain weight and that I had ot lose it and I totally freaked out and didnt get hungry in 3 days…jejeje
