there are special creams that when applied to a bruise before it starts to show up, will stop it from appearng, youll still have a bruise and it will still hurt but it wont be visible or put it while the bruse is forming and it wont bruise anymore you can buy these at any pharmacy just have a good look around or ask the people at the counter
