I feel really tired the day after I work out
I cant even climb the stairs fast:S
is that a good thing?
I used to get that playing soccor. The problim is your not warming down after excersise. I know it sounds crazy but you can't get your musles all worked up and then just stop. You have to losen them up a bit with some light jogging and leg shaking,:)
If you're just starting an exercise program, your body is going to rebel and not like you very much but give it some time and eventually you'll feel those endorphins pour out of your brain and begin to benefit you in every way.
