I am Freakin out

I smoked some marijauana last night for the first time in 4 1/2 years. Now I am completely trippin out cause I’m afraid that I will get pulled for a drug test at work. How long would it take for it to be flushed through my system. And does anyone know what I could do to make it get out of the system faster?

SINCE YOU DONT KNOW WHEN YOUR BEING TESTED… JUST TAKE ASPIRIN OR IBUPROFEN FOR DA NEXT FEW DAYZ and DRINK PLENTY OF WATER… BUT REMEMBER IF you HAVE TO GIVE DA TEST… you want to PEE 6-8 TIMES before GIVING THEM A SAMPLE… SO THAT your GIVING A CLEAN SAMPLE… AND IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON DOING THIS… JUST KNOW IN your URINE IT’LL SHOW THAT your TRYING TO DILUTE your BODY… SO THATS why PEOPLE TAKE VITAMIN B OR PEANUT BUTTER… SO IT’LL ADD THE COLOR OF THE URINE BACK… AND NO SUSPICION WILL ARISE.

haha some of these answers are ridiculous and judgmental. I mean, I don’t agree with smoking pot, but, I don’t judge. I mean I drink alcohol. God probably doesn’t want me to do that either but I just love vodka mixed in almost anything.

Drink lots of water.

The chance of being drug tested is probably rare, but since that is something you have to worry about, do think twice about doing it again! :)

drink a lot of water. but not too much or your creatinine levels will be all weird and then they’d know. but still drink a good amount of water. If you want to have drug free urine take QUICK CAPS herbal clean. which is intended to be taken on the day you desire to be clean. but dont drink a lot of water after taking herbal clean. yeah. o and apparently excersizing helps.
