When I moved house,I went to see my doctor one last time, reguarding all my meds, she had written a letter for my new surgery, I gave her some chocolates, because flowers weren’t allowed in the surgery, I thanked her and gave her a hug, for looking after me, and when my mum and dad was alive, for looking after them too.
