I want to lose the fat on my chest. It's about 2.5 inches long (lol that is embarrassing). I really need tips without surgery or anything . I go to the gym from time to time. But I can't lift the weights so I will need a different method to lose it .Also i need to lose it by the end of the month because of my graduation .So please give me some tips on how to lose them and how to lose them fast .

Some people have a condition called gynecomastia which is an abnormal amount of glands under the nipples and this attracts fat accumulation.
For people such as the above, and for anyone wanting to lose chest fat, the suggestion is to keep low body fat (18% or so).
As for exercise, you should do high repetition exercises (15-20 exercises a set) with low weights. Do 3 sets of these. The exercises should comprise:
Incline press for the upper chest Flat press for the middle chest Decline press for the lower chest A lot of pushups ( as many as you can for 5 repetitions) Exercise with flies
These exercises should be done for 2 months.
If, at the end of this time, the problem still persists then a product called Lipoderm-Y could be tried. This is applied to the chest area 2 times per day. Doing this should enable you to lose fat fast if your metabolism is working properly. Keep on doing the low weight exercises whilst doing this.

try to see a doctor and u need to push ur self if ur saying by the end of the month . try bring ur lunch to school and not eat from the cafeteria . try to enjoy it cuz if u dont u wont lose any weight . also try dancing if u like lol its so motivating and helpfull . try going to the gym and ask a profesional how to do things like this these are just exaples good luck
