How do I lose 10 pounds in a week doing exersises and what kinbd of food should I eat to help me?

no dont eat ONLY fruit because u’ll only be geiitn the vitamins you need, eat a mixture of fruit, salad, vegitables and (not a lot) but abit of meat because then your body will be getting all the protein, carbohydrates and vitamins you need, its not going to be easy loseing that much in a week unless you dont eat as often. and do activities like jogging or any sport that involves moveing around a lot e.g tennis, football, squash, badminton ect.

eat citrus fruit 3 times daily
