The paperwork that came with the warranty will have a phone number, call them with questions or to arrange service. It’s also listed on their website.

True story: we bought the extended warranty for our washer & dryer, it more than saved us the money as sure enough, the kenmore appliances did in fact break down at one point and half flooded the garage where they were located :(

However, the Sears people were very helpful and pretty quick at fixing everything, etc.
