So I'm half Norwegian so I have naturally a dark blonde hair colour, grey/blue eyes and a cool skintone (I don't get tan very easily, it takes awhile).
Right now my hair goes about 2 1/2 inches below collar bone and it's slightly more golden then my natural haircolour (from sun last summer) but now like half of my hair is my (dull) natural colour so it looks horrible! So how should haircolour be? I'm thinking darker, but not sure.
I want to keep as much length as possible, but I have no idea of what else to do with it! I have a small, heart-shaped head and a small forehead.

I also have blond hair blue eyes and a cream light complexion! I just got my hair cut and it looks amazing! I suggest dying it a lighter "sunny blond" darker than platinum but lighter than brownish blond. Also get side bangs that fall right above your eye. I also recently got a few layers! My hair is bust length but it has a couple short below chin length layers at the front
otherwise though, if you really want darker you could do a dark expresso coloured bob with side bangs or a dark expresso colour with a side part no bangs and loose curls. It would be sexy and you would look like katarzyna off Americas next top model
