how much can I do?

How much exersize can I do while being pregnant? im 28 weeks now and been really lazy and I want to have more energy and prepare for labor so it wont be that bad for me when the baby is due I also dont want to be too big after she is out any advice on what I can do? thanks

You can do normal exercise (just don’t overdo it). Yoga is really good when you’re pregnant (it also helps with labor). Make sure that you also get a lot of rest, that is the main thing you need right now.
