u use a razor d it you think its nt cutting well or its rusting on the blades of something then change it

depends if its a disposable razor it wont last much more than one use other razors could last a few months change them when the strip of soap stuff is gone or the blades are rusty or when it doesnt work and give you the close shave that it used to also if soemone else has used it, then throw it out because you can catch diseases from blood contact
