How he still like me?

I use to have a thing.. With a guy and we never dated or anything.. But we defiantly had something for a few months. We kissed and that was all. He was saying how he was going to ask me out, like he was thinking about it. And then on new years he told me he kissed another girl . And that girls now his girlfriend so I didn’t really talk to him that much over the last 2 weeks or so.. But I talked to him yesterday and he was asking me something ;) and saying he wants to see my skills.. He knows I can tie a cherry stem with my tongue lol . So he said “ do you want to try your skills on me” so he seems kinda flirty? What do you think hes thinking ? Thanks :):)

He may be a cool guy but I dont think he is good to try to date. If he has a girl friend and sending you messages like that, he only cares about his own feelings in a relationship. Even if he does break up with her and start dating you, he is going to be sending text messages like that to other girls and you wont know about it.
