id say fake nails… thats how I stopped biting mine but you might be a little young for that… try biting a pen or a straw instead…

you should dip the tip of your nails in something really gross so everytime you go to bite them you taste the really gross thing. :)

I was the same way I thnk you should go to a local drugstore and get nutra nail I thnk thats the name…just check out their products…bt how I stopd I just put in my mind ‘I d0nt like the way my hands lo0k’ bt n0w my hands l0ok al0t better..just Put it in your mind that you g0ne stop..I admit its n0t easy at all to stop tho…I havnt bit my nails since Oct 08…this also helpd my cuzn stop…I hope this helps..

get CONTROL-IT! that works good or put NO-BITE! on it, no bite is only 3 dollars at rite-aid. that worked great for me.then I got fake nails and they grew longer. I also put vingaer on my nails to have them taste bad do I dont bite them…
