How do you get through blueballs pains?

Ok so I had my girlfriend over today and she gave me blueballs.. I’m in great pain, I’ve tried releasing sperm and it doesn’t help. I can hardly sit down without pain. How do I get it to go away fast?

okay, I saw other questions like this and they all say to jerk off.

and other say to put an ice pack on it or dipping them in cold water.
