Haha dont do any of them !!?? Be proud of what you have if you was flat chested you would die for what you have now wouldent you !!?? Just be proud of what you have below your chin and show off what you’ve got if anyone wants to take the micky say atleast I can use them and flat chested girls see you walking down the street and I bet they would die for the chest you have so consider yourself lucky everyone should be happy with what they have !!:)
If you are over weight, reducing might help some, because boobs are largely fat tissue. The problem is that fat loss will not preferentially occur where you want it to.
Other than that, breast reduction surgery is the only way.
Or as Soy… says tape your chest down (or a tight sports bra to help restrict the bounce.)
I have big boobs too dont worry about it it is a good thing trust me boys go crazy over mine!!!
