How do the various kinds of RAM differ from one another?

Answer #1

The higher numbers (eg, 266 mhz ram vs 133 mhz) usually refer to the speed of the ram. Then there is the size, eg, 1 gigabyte dim versus 512 megabyte dim, etc.

Other than that, eg, dram vs sdram, those are different technologies & standards in how the ram (random access memory) functions…beyond that, can’t help :)
