how do I unlock my acer keypad!!?

Ok I recently bought a new laptop and from the start the keypad wouldn’t work and I looked online and I saw that it might be locked so I tried pressing fn and f7 and nothing but a little box came up saying about the keypad so I pressed the yes button to see and it still wouldn’t work!?

ok try pressin ‘Delete’ as the lappy boots…

once in bios (if you do get there) have a look for keyboard on, off, auto…

there must be a model number… like 1200, 3000 or summet :S
