How do I talk to an American eskimo?

How do I talk to an American Eskimo dog and in which language? I have seen people on television use a peticular dialect to command this type of dog.

Dogs learn to understand the words YOU speak…Tho some languages are easier for a dog to “hear”…in other words, languages with harder sounds…like German. Best to use your native tongue…it will be far more consistant in giving commands.
