How do I make my butt smaller?

I know the ol’ advice, exercise and eat less. I exercise, and I feel like the muscle is just getting BIGGER from it, are there any exercises I should be avoiding? Thank you for your advice!!

Also, eating less will only make you gain more: Here’s why. You’re body will think that it is starving so it stores more fat in preparation.

Try eating 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones.

why are you so conserned about the size of your butt? have some one made a commit that made you feel uncomfortable. In my opion beauty is in the beholder. Don’t let yourself be judged against a supermodle not everyone looks like that. No matter how much time you spend exerising I’ve found that odds are you will never be exactly happy with your body. Only worry about what you think! You self prostive is the only one that really matters Beauty Is In The Beholder!!!

You know that you are doing everything you are energetically capable of to shape your body the way you want it to be, however the general frame of your body may unfortunately contradict the way you wish to look. There are several things I wanted to improve with my shape & I did everything I was advised by fitness instructors, but when I approached my doctor with my frustration, she asked me, “Did you ever think that maybe you’re at your optimum?” That was all I needed to hear to become (somewhat) content with my figure. Hey, look at Jennifer Lopez! She was voted one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood by People magazine. I’m sure there are many who see how hard you’re working & even wish they could have your physique. I hope seeing it that way will change your view.

You have to do deadlifts and squats. Do more reps instead of more weight. that will keep your muscle leaner. Stay on a good diet and you should have a nice butt.

haha I have a big butt too and im a guy , I’m working on making it smaller . I just hate walking around and feeling off balance ( centre of gravity ) because I have a lot of fat in my legs ! one day I will relize I’ll will get over my body shape haha . just hope it comes soon.
