How do I lose weight mega fast?

Okayy so all mah life I’ve kinda been on the chuby side an now im finaly growing into mah body an gettin the attention I want bt I still kinda feel like I cud any alittle smaller bt the thing about that iz I hste worken out an I love food bt I need tew drop dis weight what dew I dew? Ughhh ihts realy starten tew get on mah nerves because mah boyfrends starteb tew notice an he points iht aut every chance he getz an hates when I eat bt I cnt stop

well, for food, you can easily just eat fruits and vegetables.. and when you’re hungry suck on ice cubes. it’s very tempting to just eat whatever, but think about the future.. think about what your life will be like as ‘the chubby’ girl. losing weight isn’t really a diet thing, it’s more of a life routine and commitment. so it’s going to take some time, but it’s all worth the extra years you’ll get added onto (: good luck

weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both and first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight

then if you actually do need to loose weight, work towards eating healthy and exerscising for half an hour each day

the best way to lose weight and have it show almost right away is to cut out all sugery drinks .. only dring water .. and stop eating bread products .. snack on rice cakes .. im really skinny and I eat all the time .. and I dont drink anything but water and in between meals I eat rice cakes .. it will work … eat 3-5 small meals a day and 3 snacks .. make sure you dont feel hungry .. but you also dont want to feel full …

I have that same problem. I am not fat but not skinny either. I just drink a lot of water and eat a smaller portion of food and excersise a little eaech day :)

eat, like super healthy, and run on the treadmill at the gym a lot. Elliptical machine too
