I just want to get a little smaller before school. any advice?
well, everybodys body is different but i'll tell you what works for me, but it is NOT the healthiest way to lose weight. what i do is make all my portions extremely small and try to drink whenever im hungry. for example, my breakfast will be a vanilla yogurt, a cup of coffe, and a cigarette. whenever i get hungry during the day i just smoke or drink water. also try streching and doing some sit ups. liek i said though, it is definetly not a healthy way to diet. thats just how i quickly lose some weihgt.
Hi i am trying to lose some weight at the moment to what i am doint is making my porstions of food smaller and drinking lots of water and walk for 10 mins twice a day it is working i have been told that if you eat small portions and you still hungry its helps your stomach to shrink do eat fruit to it is good for you good luck sweetie
