How do I get skinny without excercise.
I'm sorry depending on body types it's pretty hard to tell... you might be categorized into the type that is hard to lose weight.But to be safe eat healthy balanced meals 3 times a day don't over do it by having second helpings just eat what's enough for you.
Do a lot of cardio.Okay a lot of running,jogging,swimming,cycling,or play a sport tennis,football/soccer,Try not to use a car going around your neighbourhood just walk or don't use the lift/elevator,just walk up the stairs and down.DO a lot of stretching.Buy a set of dumbbells and do some weights at home to tone your body up.
I know we all want to achieve something without going through the trouble but that's not how life is.YOu have to make an effort and soon you can be proud of yourself.Okay good luck hun (:-)
welll...it quite depends..if your fat then you would HAVE to excercise...if not, then justtt..well, try to eat more vegtables, and at dinner take small portions..that'll help.
Stop being lazy. There's no way you'll be able to MAINTAIN the weight without exercising and eating healthy.
There's no healthy way without diet and exercise...
I think the only way is to excersize basically.
