How do I get rid of my dried up finger?

Well I got my nose pierced last week and I had to clean it with sea salt water right and so I did and it got on my pinky finger and now it’s all dried up and wrinkled.. I put vaseline on it and it kinda worked but I was wondering what can I do to get my skin back to normal?

put it in hot water for about a minute and the next day it should be fine but not vaseline because that will keep it moist and it will stay wrinkly longer. lol

but it’s dry, so it needs moisture, and its kinda better when it has vaseline on it and I tried that and it didn’t work. :(

Just use some good skin lotion - Body Shop Body Butter is excellent. It might not come back to normal fast, but it will recover. Have fun!
