my face got all red, and warm. it also stings
I think maybe yur skin is sensitive towards, it maybe there is somethign in it that you r illergic to. did you use this for the 1st time and it happened? if so, just dont use it anymore and it will go away in a few days, and the above user is rite, use that ointment.=D
