How to get curves in the right places?

How can I get curves? I think I have a nice enough body but I’d just like bigger boobs and butt. I’ve heard that doing squats makes your bum bigger but I really want more shape.I’m a size 6-8 and I eat anythin I want so I’m naturally slim but there must be something I can do. Any exercise techniques or diet that can help?? Thanks xx

hii yes I have the same problem. I want bigger bum and boobs but still a little waist. I’ve been doing squats for a while now and there really working well. I’ve actually moved up a pants size. boobs well thats all natural, so pretty much your stuck with what you have unless you go for plastic surgery, but that is no way the answer for me! or theres always chicken fillets lol.also kickbacks and lunges are great however the squat does work the most part of your legs and bum.

You cant just make your body exactly the way you want it, except for plastic surgery. You inherit what you have from your parents, and grandparents! So just except the way you look, and be happy with it!

Umm, I heard melting moments make your butt bigger. Lol not very healthy though

I have the exact same probelem except everything I eat goes straight to my stomach and so yeah I have a little gut but other tan I am flat all around lol. so yeah I have fit tv on my tv (blueridge) and I only do workouts that has to do with Gilad, a Total Scuplt wit Gilad are a killer woorkout and really work. I’ve been doind squats and pushups and stuff I am really seeing improvement

I am a Gymnast and I have found that if you do lots of ab work outs it helps your back pains, gives you a flat stomach, and enlarges the apearance of your bust and butt. Because of this, I can eat what ever I want. It also helps if you eat at least one serving of fruit, like an apple, once a day.

well if you want to have curves in all the right places not the rong ones then you should do what anyone would do exercise and a healthy diet shoudl do the trick but remamber bad diets aer the ones that say stuff like ‘only eat three cubes of cheese and a celery stic for 5 weeks’ good diets are ones that say stuff like ‘excercise, and mesure the carbs and caleries in every thing you eat.” hope it helps ~makie
