Right click on the picture Then click open with, paint When you are in the paint program, click file and then save as At the bottom of the window that pops up you will see ‘File Name’ and ‘Save as type’ Change this to whatever format you want for the picture..In this case JPEG Your good to go..
Ok, you can use photoshop to turn scanned photos into .jpeg ; Good Luck.
