How can I get the rest of my weight off?

I weighed 206 and was 5”4 in march of 2009 and now I weigh 178 and am 5’7.5 but I still want to loose 30-40 more pounds but I havent been losing anything for 2 months now. So what are some things I can change so I can keep losing weight. I walk 14-20 miles a week, I eat healthy, and drink 78oz or more of water a day.

Dont eat any food 2-3 hours before you go to bed, you might try weightlifting, girls who weight lift build slim muscles (not like female body builders) and muscles burn fat and increase your metabolism.

Try eating less then what you are eating now… make sure you eat fruits and veggies…Don’t eat too much candy or soda… Drink plenty of water and little juice. trust me if you eat less then what your eating now you will lose weight… Good Luck!=]

Basically eat lean things like proteins veggies, fruits, things that make you have good nutrition and stay away from oily fried things
