How can I get rid of my spots?

Im 13 years old and I have a load of spots, on my face, back and chest. And I have no idea how to get rid of them!! I hate them so much and its getting me down about my looks, I have spot cream, but it doesnt help! Please help me!

hi I had the same problem. I had acne on my back and chest and dermatitus on my face. if you go to the nurse/ doctor and ask for a solution called zyneryt. put that on on a morning and on a night. it has cleared mine up loads good luck x

use toothpaste you might think its weird but use it every nigh before you go to bed wash it of on the morrning and they should have gone down a lot but use it every night just in case I do the same but make sure it is white tooth paste or it wont work
