keep in mind that muscle can add a fair amount of weight, and the number on the scale does not necessary reflect how fit you are. Go by how you feel and look, not too strictly by the numbers.

I personally think a good ideal weight for someone can differ due to who they are. For example a lot of people tell me I need to gain weight or eat more. Well I already eat every 2 hours on a very extremely healthy diet but I am very active. I go by what I feel is a healthy weight not by numbers. I think it really depends on your life style. Someone’s ideal healthy weight could be 120 but their lifestyle could not be very healthy.
