They are very similar and it also depends on how you prepare it, and the parts you eat, ex: skinless, breast, etc, but from what I have been reading, turkey is the all-round more healthy of the two. Turkey has more calcium and protein, low in cholestrel, less calories.

Depends how you cook it, but turkey is lower in calories and fat and saturated fat but chicken is higher in protein.
turkey is apparently good for your muscles. It provides more protein and less saturated fat.
