Is it true that if you sweat more, the more you lose weight?

Yes...but it is very important that you stay well hydrated. And this is only a very quick fix. They do this for things like wrestling and contact sports to get into weight class. So I really wouldnt suggest working yourself to a breaking point just to sweat.
