There’s no way to heal split ends no matter what the product claims. Only thing you can do is get a trim, just to get rid of all the split ends. You can prevent them, however, using conditioner, deep conditioning, and keeping your hair healthy.
Split ends are basically your hair saying “Too much “ and as Contess Janice posted…A good cut is all you can really do to heal the problem. Besides the obvious hair chemicals, heating agents…..Diet is also an important factor in keeping hair healthy.
merocin oil( spelled wrong) made my hair wayyyy healtheir over a period of time( a month maybe). its alittle expensive though. or deep condition it. cut tht 1 split end off with scissors. just like a tiny bit though dont get too excited.
Vinegar rinse, or spray/soak hair in it
I had split ends.. I used to trim them.. Later, my friend suggested dat I put a little oil on the ends from the day I trimmed them.. Also, she adviced me to use cool water on my hair when taking a shower.. Or u cud just wet the ends wid cool water.. That was in the 7th grade.. I’m in 9 th now but I don’t have frequent problems wid split ends now.. Once in a bluemoon?? I guess.. Lol Hope it helped u..
