When my son was a baby the back of head was flat I started flipping him over while he slept which helped he is now 7 his head still has a flatness to the back of it but it’s really not that noticable the older they get the more it shapes up.. just be sure not to leave the baby on its back a lot also those baby carrier car seats if they are allowed to stay in them a lot will make their heads flatten in theback

My brother who is currently 19 years of age had the same problem as a child, because when my mother put him to sleep he always laid on his left side. She was so stressed that she even took him to a brain specialist. He’s head eventually got better, today it isn’t even really noticable.

My son has a flat spot on the back of his noggin too. :) It’s from months of putting him on his back to sleep. I did make sure I would turn his head slightly to one side (and alternate) every night, but he always wound up with his head straight. Now he’s older, he prefers to sleep on his side and tummy, and his flat spot is SERIOUSLY going away. It’s barely noticeable after less than 2 months of him rolling around in his sleep. He’s 10 months old, if that gives you any indication of how quickly these things change.
