he wont marry me

me and my borfriend have been together for 4 years and talk about getting married all the time and he just doesnt seem to care I tell him im going to leave all the time and he says go ahead because you wont find anyone else like me and I dont know what to do! I mean I think im a very decent looking girl and I could find someone else but I dont want to! he is also a police officer so I think he is talkn to other girls im not for sure! I mean im 25 years old im not getting any younger
