What are some good ways i can lose a few pounds in two weeks?

Simply exercise and eat healthy. Go for runs, do push-ups, sit ups, lunges, things like that. Really, you’ve just got to look online for some exercise routines you can do. Eat healthy too. Cut back on the junk food and try to have six small meals a day instead of three big ones. Keep in mind six SMALL meals. You don’t want to have six big meals. Have your breakfast, lunch, and dinner and snacks in between. Good luck!
