Goldfish problems

My goldfish are covered in loads of small spots, it looks like. (Not like ‘whitespot’)Also, their top fins are lying down on their backs, instead of up straight and fanned out. Please help!

when I was little I had an aquarium with many goldfish. my goldfish also began to have spots so I went to the local pet store (petco, petsmart, ect.) and got some ich meds. ich is a fish disease that isnt deadly but does need to b treated soon because the fish can get a deadly disease from the lower imune system levels as it trys to fight off the ich. ich is basicly just an infection so no need to freak out. ~hope this helps!!!

sorry to say that happend to my daughters fish and it died a few days l8r it might not happen to your fish but it could
