Why do some girls have it easy?

Okay question why do some girls have such an easy menstrual cycle? Then you have girls like me where its hell you get sick throw up can’t eat,walk at all. Why is this?

Try taking some primrose oil, vitamin E’s on a regular basis and see if that doesn’t help in the months ahead.

Some of it’s heredity, but otherwise, like Alissa says everyone’s different. My mom had bad period pains :( and so do me and my sister.
