I have this problem where I always care what people think of me and all muy friends dont care. I want to get over that instead of not doin the things I love because im worried about my friends, what can I do to change that,??
You have to love yourself...Everyday pick something about yourself that you like...it can be a physical body part or even a nice trait you have like You are knd to people. The attitude you put out is what you receive back... Keep positive thoughts about yourself in your mind all the time and you will start to attract positives...You are a beautiful person ...and always be thankful for what you have...:-)
mostly you have to trust yourself I am going through the same thing and if you stop to think in the end will it matter? and I find that the more I do the less I regret but when I hold back because I'm embarrassed I end up looking back and wishing I would of done it
When someone makes fun of you or says something you dont like just simply come back at them with something try to turn it into a positive comment. And anyways if they say bad stuff about you its just because they are jeleous so no sweat.
