Where can I get a gel eyeliner (The kind that you dip your angled brush into)?

I’ve seen girls use it in there makeup tutorial YouTube videos, but I’ve never seen it in stores,(but I’ve never actually looked when I’m there, usually i look for liquid eyeliner but i just never happened to come across it in that section). do they have it at stores like Walgreen or Rite Aid? or would I have to go to like Walmart or something?

I use a the Revlon liquid liner, is at Walgreens and WalMart. Works fabulous, just dont get it in your eye aha

I use NYC gel Liner, it Comes with the brush and gel liner. It was like $4 and I bought it from CVS

I buy the Maybelline Eye Studio one and it works awesome. They have it at Target, Walmart, HEB, Walgreens, etc.
