Are there any plans to make chatrooms on funadvice?
Are there any plans to make chatrooms on funadvice, not for purposes of “hitting on others” or anything like that
They used to have them as I have heard. But I don’t think they worked out. If you look at the top there is a page you can go to called ‘Fun Stuff’ and down at the bottom there is another page you can go to and suggest things to add. Or you can contact ‘thedude’ , ‘editor’ or ‘lex icon’ and suggest things to them I believe.
Chatrooms, (as in, where you can talk to multiple friends at the same time), already do exist on Funadvice. They’re called groups, and you can create your own group at any time.
Just go to your profile page, and in the ox on the left hand side, click on “create my group”.
Yup we used to have chat, and the feature was a bit confusing and no one really used it. But it has been requested a lot, so I believe a well-working chat (and other cool things) are in the future plans.
